TIPS

1. Buy early.

Prom gowns are produced in limited quantities

so when you find the gown you love go for it!

 2. When shopping for your dream gown,

bring pictures of your favourite style or a

copy of your favorite prom magazine.

This will help your sales consultant find the

gown you are looking for or a gown with many

of the same characteristics.

3. Prom gowns are sized differently than regular

 street clothes.

Formal wear is made to fit closer to the body than the

clothes you wear everyday so if you go up a size or two

that is totally normal. Just remember that a gown that

fits properly is much more comfortable and flattering

than a gown that doesn't.

4. Pick a colour that compliments your hair

colour and skin tone.

Your face is surrounded by the colour of your gown

so picking a colour that works with your skin tone

is very important, it will ensure that you are free to

choose between glamming it up with a full make up

 application or going au naturelle.

5. Take a picture of your gown to both your hair

and make-up consultation.

Showing your stylists a picture of your gown will give

them an idea of the look you are going for. Also they

have been trained to know what works best with

different necklines, face shapes etc. so they will

make suggestions to help you achieve the look

you are going for.
